3. Prices and payment
Prices : All prices displayed on our site are in euros, pounds sterling and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges, if any, are shown separately at checkout.
Payment : We accept the following methods of payment : Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) PayPal, Payment is due immediately upon order placement. All transactions are secured by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store any of your credit card details.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver to Germany and the UK. 5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a right of withdrawal of 30 days from receipt of your KESO pillow. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product in accordance with our Returns Policy, and receive a refund.To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before this period expires.

The KESO pillow is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have any problems with the product, please see our Return Policy or contact us directly.
